Hello! I'm Mary Elizabeth Watson, also known as Liz. My preferred pronouns are she/her. I hold a Bachelor's degree in experimental psychology from the University of South Carolina, with a minor in women and gender studies. Additionally, I possess a Master's degree from Grand Canyon University in licensed professional counseling, specializing in family and marriage dynamics.

My approach to counseling centers around meeting my clients where they are and assisting them in achieving their mental and emotional well-being objectives. I emphasize our shared humanity, acknowledging that each individual has unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide personalized care that aligns with my clients' situations. My commitment to their growth leads me to continuously seek further training opportunities.

My professional development has included participation in intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sensate Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrative sex and couples certification training, and more.
